Croatia Peljesac Bridge

The bridge has a total of 170 pile foundations. Among them, 76 piles of piers S3-S4 and S10-S13 were tested using the CSL (Cross Hole Sonic Logging) method, and 94 piles of piers S5-S9 were tested using the PIT (Pile Integrity Test) method. The final test results showed that all the bridge's pile foundations were classified as Class Ⅰ Piles, and the pile foundation construction met the standard of full excellence.

Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway

During the pile integrity test of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway, inspectors instructed Indonesian construction workers to inject clean water into the sound test tubes reserved in the pile bodies and place transducers. They used a cross-hole transmission ultrasonic detector to collect ultrasonic data, completing the integrity detection of 6,942 pile foundations and ensuring the construction quality of the high-speed railway project.

A Certain Bridge in Malaysia

For this bridge project, the pile diameter is 1.5 meters. In accordance with the design requirements, one core drilling tube with a diameter of 169mm and three sound test tubes with a diameter of 80mm were embedded in each pile. The construction was carried out using a rotary drilling rig, and underwater concrete pouring was required. The sound test tubes played a crucial role in the pile foundation detection.
